Welcome to Let Us Eat. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Let Us Eat mobile application (“App”) and all related services. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n

1. Acceptance of Terms<\/span>
\nBy downloading, installing or using the App, you declare that you:<\/p>\n

  • Have read and understood these Terms<\/li>\n
  • Agree to all provisions<\/li>\n
  • Are 18 years or older, or have permission from a parent\/guardian<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Description of Service<\/span>
    \nLet Us Eat is a mobile application that allows users to plan daily and weekly menus based on favourite recipes, create and share shopping lists, and stay connected with their cooking network through recipe sharing, chat, and social features.<\/p>\n

    3. Subscription Terms<\/span>
    \nBilling and Renewal<\/em><\/p>\n

    • The subscription renews automatically each year<\/li>\n
    • Payment is charged via your App Store account<\/li>\n
    • Price changes will be announced 30 days in advance<\/li>\n
    • First billing occurs at the time of purchase<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Cancellation<\/em><\/p>\n

      • You can cancel your subscription at any time<\/li>\n
      • Cancellation must be done via your App Store settings<\/li>\n
      • Upon cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the current billing period<\/li>\n
      • No refunds for already paid periods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. User Responsibilities<\/span>
        \nYou are responsible for:<\/p>\n

        • Providing accurate and complete information<\/li>\n
        • Keeping your account details secure<\/li>\n
        • Complying with all applicable laws<\/li>\n
        • Respecting other users<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Prohibited Use<\/span>
          \nIt is not permitted to:<\/p>\n

          • Use the App for illegal purposes<\/li>\n
          • Insult, threaten or harass other users<\/li>\n
          • Provide false information<\/li>\n
          • Reverse-engineer or copy the App<\/li>\n
          • Upload malware, viruses or harmful code<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6. Intellectual Property<\/span><\/p>\n

            • All rights to the App belong to Let Us Eat<\/li>\n
            • You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the App<\/li>\n
            • You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the App<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. Service Availability<\/span><\/p>\n

              • We strive for 100% availability but cannot guarantee this<\/li>\n
              • Maintenance may cause temporary interruptions<\/li>\n
              • We are not liable for damages caused by downtime<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                8. Liability<\/span><\/p>\n

                • We are not liable for indirect damages<\/li>\n
                • Our total liability is limited to the amount of your subscription<\/li>\n
                • We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse of the App<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  9. Privacy<\/span>
                  \nYour privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and use your data.<\/p>\n

                  10. Changes<\/span><\/p>\n

                  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    • You can close your account at any time<\/li>\n
                    • We may terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms<\/li>\n
                    • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      \nThese Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.<\/p>\n
